The problem is always the same. That money has to come from somewhere, and if you had it spare you would have done the work years ago.
So we do it, and you pay for it out of the sale.
How it works
- We walk the house with you. An hour. No cost, nothing owed, no obligation to go further.
- We tell you what is actually worth doing. Not everything. Some jobs change what a house sells for and some only cost money. We will tell you which is which — including when the honest answer is do nothing at all.
- Crown Home Solutions does the work. A licensed contractor with its own crew, insured, local, and the same people who would have quoted you for it anyway. Not a panel of strangers.
- Then your house is ready to go on the market.
When it is, you list it with the agent of your choice. We do not list houses and we are not agents. We have a preferred agent that we recommend, and you are free to use your own.

Then you have had a free hour with a contractor and an honest opinion. That is genuinely the end of it.
Do you list the house for me?
No. We are not a real estate brokerage and we do not list houses. We have a preferred agent that we recommend, and you are free to use your own. We do the work that gets it ready; you list it with whoever you choose.
