How it works

You tell us the basics — how many bedrooms, how many bathrooms, roughly where, and what you want to spend. When something comes up that matches, you hear about it before it goes on the market.

That’s it. No cost, no commitment, and nothing happens until there’s a house worth telling you about.

Already working with a realtor?

That’s completely fine. Plenty of people on our list are working with someone, and it doesn’t change anything — bring them along. We’re not trying to replace anybody.

What if the house isn’t right?

Then it isn’t right, and you stay on the list. There’s another one coming. That’s rather the point of a list — if this one’s too small, or it’s already gone, the next one might be the one.
