These terms cover your use of elevatebuyers.com. Any property transaction is governed by the contract you sign for it, and where the two disagree, the signed contract wins.
Using this site
Read it, and contact us through it, for any lawful purpose. Please do not try to break it, scrape it at volume, or submit somebody else's personal details without a reason to.
When you refer somebody to us, you are confirming you have a genuine reason to think they would want to hear from us — not submitting a name as a prank or to sign someone up to marketing.
What this site is not
We are not a real estate broker and we are not your agent. Nothing here is an appraisal, a valuation, legal advice, tax advice or financial advice. An offer we make on a property is our own offer to buy or to find a buyer, on the terms of the contract we would sign with you — not a professional opinion of what your house is worth.
Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Submitting a form does not oblige either of us to anything.
SMS messaging — the terms
Program name: Elevate Real Estate.
What you are agreeing to. If you give us your mobile number on one of our forms, or ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from us about your enquiry, your property, appointments, and — if you asked to be on the buyers list — houses that match what you told us you were looking for.
How often. Message frequency varies. There is no set number.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Those are charged by your carrier, not by us.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. You will get one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply HELP for help.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or of anything else. You can sell us a house, or be on our buyers list, without ever agreeing to a text.
Your number. We never share or sell mobile information or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing. See the Privacy Policy.
The buyers list
Being on it costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We will tell you about properties that look like what you described, before they go on the open market. That is the whole of what we promise — not a number of houses, not a price, not a discount, and not that any particular house will suit you. Come off the list whenever you like.
What is on this site
The words, images and code belong to us. Property photographs are of properties we have bought, sold or worked on. Please do not reproduce any of it commercially without asking.
What we do not promise about the website
It is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it is never down and never contains a mistake.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia.
