We work with homeowners in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and West Virginia, and we can’t be at every house ourselves. When we need eyes on one near you, we’d like to send you.

Our scouts are our eyes on a house (what investors call boots on the ground).

No experience needed. A car, a smartphone and a good eye.

🏠 Walk the house

Go to a house near you at a time we set together, inside and out. The owner lets you in, or there’s a lockbox.

📸 Photos and a short video

Every room, the outside, the roof line and the yard, and anything that’s broken or worn. Then a short walk-through video on your phone.

📝 What you saw

A few lines on its condition and whether anyone is living there: lived in, empty or rented. Sometimes we’ll ask you to meet a homeowner at the house, or to set a lockbox.

What it pays

A great way to make money on your own schedule.

You pick how you’re paid, and we agree the job and the pay with you before you go. You’re paid after each visit, once the photos are in.
